Recently presented a public art installation for the Hambidge Cross-Pollination Art Lab. This work, Atlanta Untitled, reflects my youth growing up in Atlanta though a narrative of objects and text.

Words and phrases like “Yeek” don’t often have official translations, but yet are part of the fabric of Atlanta dance culture and social culture, and continue to provide a way to create shared connections through language and movement across generations and local neighborhoods.
