What if I could paint a world for you where access to every museum and cultural institution was free of charge? Could you really conceive of that, a reality where you could simply walk into a museum, sign your name (and your email, of course), and get to experience some of the most exclusive art in the world? For free? Well, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that there are lots of other people in the world that share that same desire; the bad news is that making that desire a reality is, well, complicated.
